Adam Farber | Senior Associate, joined Colliers International in 2013 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2018. He had a standout year in 2019 which concluded with an outstanding 4th quarter, where he closed four (4) notable sales transactions.
Adam represented the Seller at 512 East Boulevard Charlotte, NC, who had owned the property since 1989. Multiple offers were received in less than a week of being on the market. Adam was able to negotiate a top of the market selling price for the iconic Dilworth property.
Following that closing, Adam was able to represent that same seller from 512 East Boulevard in an off the market purchase of a 9,000 SF building located at 225 East Worthington Avenue Charlotte, NC.
Adam’s other highlights for the fourth (4th) quarter of 2019 include the sale of 9911 Northcross Center Court in Huntersville, NC. An 8,000 SF office building owned by Besco Electrical, a leading Southeast Region electrical engineering firm, whom he represented. Followed shortly by 4340 Taggart Creek Drive Units D/E in Charlotte, NC. A 4,310 SF office where Adam represented the buyer, Experience Anatomy, a hands-on anatomy educational company that provides medical professionals and students the use of authentic, platinated human specimens.
