Adam Farber Reaches Sought After SIOR Designation

Adam Farber, SIOR is the eleventh Colliers | Charlotte broker to join the prestigious organization

Colliers | Charlotte is thrilled to publish that Vice President, Adam Farber, SIOR has achieved the SIOR designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. SIOR, just celebrated their 80th anniversary in 2021, is an international professional organization of more than 3,600 commercial real estate professionals. The SIOR designation stands uncontested for excellence in the performance of real estate services and is universally recognized as the qualification in the selection of a commercial real estate broker, agent, or consultant. 

To accomplish the SIOR designation, Farber, SIOR had to maintain a minimum production by Gross Fee Income (GFI) and a minimum number of transactions standards set by the SIOR Charlotte Chapter. Additionally, Farber, SIOR had to deliver two Active Designee Member endorsements and complete Core Components of Commercial Brokerage Coursework through SIOR Education. Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate industry and are represented in more than 722 cities in 45 countries around the globe. SIOR implements a strict code of ethics and required designees to be completed within the first three years of membership.
