Charlotte, December 17, 2019 - 3746 N. Davidson Street will soon be home to 20,000 square feet of creative office and retail space after Arkansas based Tempus Realty’s latest acquisition.

Originally built in 1963, 3746 N. Davidson Street originally operated as a chocolate factory before seeing multiple uses over the next several decades. The property is positioned directly in between Divine Barrel Brewing and the Sugar Creek LYNX Blue Line stop, allowing for great access. Also, the property is located only 0.75 miles from the center of the NoDa neighborhood.

Tempus Realty Partners is an Arkansas-based real estate investment partnership focused on acquiring and developing commercial real estate in the Southeast and Midwest. Further up the LYNX Blue Line, Tempus is also in the process of redeveloping “Proximity Park”, a 204,264 square foot office building in the University City submarket of Charlotte.

Colliers International Casey Sherman and Dylan Kwasniewski represented Tempus Realty Partners in the acquisition of 3746 N. Davidson Street, and will lease the building alongside of Brad Grow, also of Colliers International.
