Colliers industrial team expands maritime partnership with Kinder Morgan to market services and build-to-suit opportunities at their Charleston location

The Colliers industrial experts in Charleston have signed on as consultants for the largest independent terminal operator in North America

Charleston, SC – Colliers | South Carolina brokers Mark Erickson, SIOR, Matt Pickard and Chloe Heiligenstein have expanded their supply chain and logistics services by signing on as consultants for Kinder Morgan. Kinder Morgan is the largest independent terminal operator in America with locations nationwide.

The Kinder Morgan terminal in Charleston offers a facility for importing or exporting dry or liquid bulk products and raw materials. They are also offering new build-to-suit infrastructure including additional liquid storage tanks, warehousing, trans-loading facilities and more.
