Colliers International’s Office Brokerage Team in Charleston Continues to Expand Portfolio


Newly assembled team of experienced brokers in Charleston expands their office leasing portfolio with four new listings.

Charleston, SC – Colliers International’s Kristie Roe, Alex Irwin and William Ederle have recently secured four new office building leasing assignments in the Charleston area. The members of the Colliers office brokerage team are experts in the market and are always eager for new business opportunities with clients and potential tenants.

Roe, Irwin and Ederle have used their unique approach to pursue and win four new leasing assignments in Charleston, including Liberty Center (151 Meeting Street), 134 Meeting Street, the Lowcountry Innovation Center (1535 Hobby Street) and 1520 Old Trolley Road.

The Colliers office brokerage team is looking forward to finding the right tenants for their landlord clients. Each new listing is unique; 134 Meeting and 151 Meeting are both class A products in Charleston’s Central Business District while the Lowcountry Innovation Center is the redevelopment of a former Naval facility offering a variety of onsite amenities.
