  • Mark Erickson, SIOR and Matt Pickard represented WESTROCK MWV, LLC in the lease of 5,000 square feet of office space at 201 Sigma Drive in Summerville in the Nexton development to FirstService Residential Charleston, LLC.
  • Mark Erickson, SIOR and Matt Pickard represented WESTROCK MWV, LLC in the lease of 3,965 square feet of office space at 201 Sigma Drive in Summerville in the Nexton development to Cargo Logistics International, LLC.
  • Mark Erickson, SIOR and Matt Pickard represented Vanir Installed Sales of Charleston LLC in the leasing of 2,600 square feet of industrial space at Leatherwood Business Park, 4365 Dorchester Road in North Charleston.
  • Kristie Roe, CCIM SIOR, Alex Irwin and William Ederle represented Performa in the leasing of 1,405 square feet of office space at the Cigar Factory, 701 East Bay Street in Charleston.
