Colliers hires two brokerage associates in Charleston

Charleston, SC – Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce that Remington Beatty and Jarred Watts have joined the company as Brokerage Associates in the firm’s Charleston office.

Beatty partners with Markus Kastenholz and specializes in the sale of investment properties as well as transactions in land, office and retail properties in the greater Charleston area. He is a veteran of eight years in the military.

Watts is teamed with Mark Erickson and specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial properties for tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers across Charleston and the Lowcountry region of South Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. After having successful careers in the military, law enforcement and healthcare, he transitioned to commercial real estate, working for a local real estate firm prior to joining Colliers.
