  • Mark Erickson, SIOR, Matt Pickard and Chloe Heiligenstein represented Dalfen Industrial LLC in the purchase of 75.5 acres of land at Deming Way and Belgium Drive in Summerville for $5,250,000. 
  • Mark Erickson, SIOR, Matt Pickard and Chloe Heiligenstein represented Marion County in the sale of a 101,500-square-foot industrial building at 1000 Industrial Park Road in Marion to Solstice Sleep Products for $2,950,000. 
  • Markus Kastenholz, CCIM, CPA represented Betz Properties in the acquisition of 82 ½ Spring Street in Charleston for $1,175,000. 
  • Mark Erickson, SIOR, Matt Pickard and Chloe Heiligenstein represented Al Hitchcock in the lease of 24,441 square feet of industrial space at 4981 Dorchester Road in North Charleston to LEWCO, Inc.
  • Joe Durkin represented Carolina Child Care Properties, LLC in the sale of a 5,794-square-foot building at 700 Greensboro Road in High Point, NC to Carolina Child Care Properties, LLC.

I specialize in the sale of various investment property types throughout South Carolina as well as development parcels located in the Lowcountry.

Most of my clients are investors and developers many of which are institutional and high net worth individuals. My market knowledge, analytical nature, relationship network and experience in the industry are what sets me apart from other commercial real estate brokers. I pride myself on being able to present options and recommendations that suit both sides of a transaction.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I spent years as a C-suite finance executive for various industrial companies. I then moved to Naples, Florida to become the Chief Financial Officer for a family office with a substantial commercial real estate portfolio with assets ranging from office parks to flex industrial to beachfront resort hotels.

I moved to Charleston in 2003; prior to joining Colliers, I was a First Vice President with CBRE for 16 years, specializing in land and investment property sales.
