  • Markus Kastenholz, CCIM represented World Overcomers Ministries in the lease renewal of 20,424 square feet of office space at 1460 Tobias Gadson Boulevard in Charleston.
  • Mark Erickson, SIOR represented 2700 International Parkway Corporation in the purchase of a 7,400-square-foot industrial building at 1739 North Main Street in Summerville for $2,000,000.
  • Markus Kastenholz, CCIM and Patrick Nealon represented Pearce Development in the lease of 2,500 square feet of retail space at Dorchester Road and Netherby Lane in North Charleston to Starbucks.
  • Markus Kastenholz, CCIM represented Olympus Pines in the purchase of a 2,048-square-foot retail building at 1319 North Main Street in Summerville.
  • Kristie Roe represented Par Enterprises, Inc. in the sale of a 1,260-square-foot office building at 1031 Chuck Dawley Boulevard in Mount Pleasant to Between Heaven and Earth.
  • Markus Kastenholz, CCIM represented World Overcomers Ministries in the sale of 11 acres of land on North Highway 17 in Awendaw to Sweetwater Events.
  • Markus Kastenholz, CCIM represented Henry Kuznik Trust in the sale of 107 acres of land on Bees Ferry Road to MBG Land, LLC and in the sale of 1.43 acres of land at 2452 Ashley River Road in Charleston to Shaun Laursen.
