Colliers and DG Real Estate announce a new speculative distribution facility at the intersection of I-26 and I-95

Colliers’ brokerage team to handle leasing and marketing for Bowman Industrial Center in Orangeburg County.

Orangeburg, SC – DG Real Estate has announced plans for Bowman Industrial Center, a ±677,160-square-foot speculative industrial distribution facility in Bowman, SC.

Colliers | South Carolina’s industrial brokerage experts Matt Pickard, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Chloe Heiligenstein have been hired for brokerage and marketing services to target distribution and manufacturing users for the building.

The Class A speculative building is scheduled to deliver in Q3 2023 and will feature 36-foot ceiling heights, 309 employee parking spaces, 184 trailer parking spaces, 150 9’x10’ dock-high doors and unparalleled access at the interchange of I-26 and I-95.

Orangeburg County is home to major employers like GKN Aerospace, Husqvarna, Zeus and Sigmatex and has a labor force of ±704,881 people within a 60-minute drive.
