Origami Risk

lobby

Overview

Origami’s vision for their new space was to reflect a Class A build-out, with branding elements, furniture, color and architecture used to tell their mission and vision.

The project included a relocation of Origami’s current offices to a new single leased location. The renovated space featured open and private offices, meeting rooms, huddles rooms, focus rooms, a large conference room, workrooms, bathrooms, IT server rooms and break room areas.

In addition to this base project, Origami wanted to utilize this project as a model for potential roll out throughout their service
network. It is their intent for this project to be the basis of design for future Origami Risk spaces.

Challenge

Colliers was tasked with completing the project initiative and goals to align with the Chicago HQ branding and new office space, while maximizing the most value from the Building TI Allowance and Lease Occupancy Schedule, all while working in an occupied building.

Strategy

Colliers leveraged our industry partners and design with VE options in-mind. We identified the risk items at hand, reviewed their importance, brainstormed solutions, and created an action plan.

Result

The project was completed safely, on time, and aligned with the new Chicago Origami Risk HQ branding standards.
