HD Supply Build-to-Suit National Headquarters
Overview
HD Supply sought to commission a build-to-suit national headquarters consisting of eight floors of office and six floors of parking below the building. To address this challenge, HD Supply partnered with the Colliers in Atlanta’s Project Management Services team. Colliers provided comprehensive project management services to assist the client in execution of the project from initiation to close.
Project Scope
- HD Supply build-to-suit national headquarters consisting of eight floors of office and six floors of parking below the building.
- First floor includes reception, fitness center, full-service café, outdoor patio, mailroom, two-floor atrium with monumental stair and Nanowall AV system.
- Full conference floor that includes numerous rooms including multiple Skyfold partitions.
- Complete signage, wayfinding, branding packages to include site, monument, marketing deck, base building, interior and illuminated rooftop signage.
- Project consisted of dedicated C-suite area.
- Comprehensive furniture package, including demountable wall.
