CCNA Minneapolis Office Build-out and Relocation
The Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) Office for Bloomington, MN, experienced a complete office upgrade from their original leased-office space located in the local Bottler Office and Warehouse to a Class A Office space.
The Coca-Cola company’s CRE team had developed a great onboarding process for each of their CCNA projects, as pre-determined teams had been selected and onboarded, with the exception of the General Contractor (dependent upon location). With the predetermined teams and the Project Management team leading the way through the build-out process and GC onboarding, high-expectations and standards we reset from day one. Colliers was tasked with working within the new campus location's building work hours, rules and regulations.
By utilizing the property management team and leveraging their approved partners for the onboarding of the General Contractor, Colliers was able to work swiftly and efficiently through the construction planning and execution. The onboarded General Contractor was very familiar with the office park and building maintenance, facilities, and functions. Leveraging and utilizing our local construction team and their local presence and city relations we were able to review all code related items before and during our construction administration. Onsite site walks were also useful during the construction phase, to pre-punch and in-person inspect all ongoing construction items, prior to inspections and construction completion/final punch.
The new office space was built-out completely to create a new end user space with better access to daylight, diverse breakout spaces, and new presentation technology, along with new lighting fixtures. The space exhibits Class-A office space with interactive audio-visual displays, and collaborative workspace office/ workstation furniture.
