ATLANTA – October 10, 2022 – Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers has been tapped to lease Bridge Investment Group’s (Bridge) 750,000-square-foot, Class A office portfolio in North Fulton, Georgia.  On behalf of Bridge Commercial Real Estate (BCRE), a commercial brokerage subsidy of Bridge, Senior Vice Presidents Heather Lamb and Jessica Doyle will serve as leasing agents for Bridge’s four-building investment, consisting of Royal Centre Three at 11475 Great Oaks Way, Royal Centre Four at 11700 Great Oaks Way, Brookside I at 3625 Brookside Parkway and Brookside II at 3655 Brookside Parkway.

“As one of the city’s top office landlords, BCRE does not disappoint when it comes to creating a truly remarkable office experience for its tenants,” said Jessica Doyle, senior vice president of the Landlord Services Group at Colliers in Atlanta. “We are thrilled to support a project of this magnitude in a city poised for growth and future success as one of the top talent hubs in the Southeast.”

Located off Old Milton Parkway and the Georgia 400 interchange, Brookside I and II and Royal Centre Three and Four provide tenants with convenient access to a plethora of urban amenities, including Avalon, an 86-acre, mixed-use development with more than 500,000 square feet of high-end retail, a full-service hotel, single-family residences and luxury home rentals.
