Colliers Secures 125,000-Square-Foot Headquarters Expansion for Fortune 500 Company

Firm Negotiates Long-Term Lease Renewal on Behalf of Opal Holdings

Atlanta, Ga. – April 1, 2022  – Leading diversified professional real estate services and investment management company Colliers helped facilitate a long-term lease renewal and 125,000-square-foot expansion at RiverEdge Summit, a Class A office complex located on a summit overlooking the Chattahoochee River in Northwest Atlanta, for Atlanta-based, Fortune 500 company Graphic Packaging International. 

Colliers Senior Vice President Deming Fish and Vice President Graham Little represented the landlord New York-based real estate investment firm Opal Holdings. Tenant representation for Graphic Packaging International was provided by Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Director Travis Jackson and Executive Director Addison Meriwether. 

In 2013, Graphic Packaging International relocated its global headquarters to RiverEdge Summit in Atlanta from Marietta, Georgia. The company’s new lease expands their total footprint to 246,098 square-feet, nearly doubling its presence to support future growth and the enhancement of its current offerings to food, beverage, foodservice and other consumer product companies globally.
