ALPHARETTA – Leading diversified professional real estate services and investment management company Colliers recently secured a 64,377 SF lease for the Class-A office, 5995 Windward, bringing the property to 97% leased (surpassing 270,000 SF) within 18 months. The new tenant, Verint Americas Inc., will begin occupying in Q4 2022. Senior Vice Presidents & Principals Deming Fish and Jessica Doyle with the Atlanta office’s Landlord Services Group represented the landlord, Grubb Properties. Vice-Chairman, Director & Southeast Region Lead, Chris White of Savills represented the tenant.
5995 Windward is located in Alpharetta, GA, a suburb north of Atlanta. Following the move out of the previous tenant, who formerly occupied the entire building, the property was converted from single to multi-tenant, and underwent $14 million USD in renovations including a new modern lobby, grab & go and full-service café with abundant indoor and outdoor seating, large state-of-the-art fitness and conferencing centers, collaborative seating areas and basketball and pickleball courts. Fish, added, “Grubb Properties made strategic investments into 5995 Windward to make it the most appealing large tenant building in the North Fulton Market.”

They were looking to downsize from its existing location into a more efficient, open layout office on a single floor to meet the company’s changing requirements. 5995 Windward checked all the boxes. Upon signing their lease, Colliers Landlord Services Group successfully leased over 285,000 SF at 5995 Windward. Fish shared, “Verint will stay in the market [North Fulton] creating a much more flexible office environment for its employees and its customers.”
Prior to Verint Americas Inc.’s signing, Global Payments Inc., an American multinational financial technology company that provides payment technology and services to merchants, issuers and consumers, secured a +220,000 SF lease at 5995 Windward.
