Atlanta, December 1, 2020 – Colliers International announced today that Scott Rutherford has joined the company as Vice President, Business Development for Colliers Facility Solutions. The addition of Rutherford comes as Colliers looks to amplify its ability to deliver enduring value for its Facility Solutions clients.
In his new role, Rutherford will leverage his expertise and experience in corporate facility management to invest in long-term relationships, ultimately serving and supporting clients’ portfolio management and maintenance needs.

Rutherford joins Colliers after two years with ABM. There, he managed The Home Depot account, overseeing janitorial operations and facility production support for nearly 50 distribution centers and eight Class A office buildings. Rutherford brings with him almost two decades of experience managing corporate facility accounts with progressive roles at CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
