Colliers Site Selection Services helps clients optimize real estate portfolios with addition of industry veteran Nathan Knowles

Atlanta, September 30, 2020 – Colliers International announced today that industry veteran, Nathan Knowles has joined the company as Senior Vice President with its Site Selection Services business.

“The addition of Nathan Knowles to the National Colliers Site Selection Services team will help strengthen the Colliers site selection and location strategy offering to our current and future clients,” stated Bob Mathews, Chairman and CEO of Colliers | Atlanta.

In his new role with Colliers, Nathan will work with industrial clients to optimize their real estate portfolios with engagements in the areas of brokerage, site selection, warehousing, supply chain, final mile and general location strategies. 

Knowles brings to Colliers more than 15 years of progressive experience in leading businesses and teams at some of the world’s most recognized companies. His background includes multiple leadership roles and experience managing and growing P&L’s throughout North America. Most recently, he spent nearly three years at Jones Lang LaSalle as a corporate real estate advisor. Prior to that, Knowles held multiple leadership roles within various leading national accounts/teams with many Fortune 500 companies, national retailers, independent dealers and wholesalers throughout the world.
