Colliers Atlanta hires Heather Lamb as Senior Vice President and Co-Market Leader of Landlord Services Group

ATLANTA (July 1, 2020) – Leading real estate professional services and investment management company, Colliers International Atlanta is pleased to announce the hire of industry veteran, Heather Lamb. In her new role as Senior Vice President, Lamb will serve as co-market leader of the Colliers Atlanta Landlord Services Group alongside Senior Vice President Jessica Doyle. Together, Lamb and Doyle will be responsible for the firm’s office agency leasing professionals who represent investors in office properties located in the Metro Atlanta area. The two will continue the growth of the agency side of the business through oversight of new business development, property marketing strategy and existing client agency assignments.

Under Lamb and Doyle’s leadership, Colliers Landlord Services Group goal is to double the existing six-million-square-foot portfolio over the course of twelve months and strengthen their service offering by expanding their roster of talent.

Prior to joining Colliers, Lamb served as Senior Vice President for CBRE where she led leasing for an eight-million-square-foot portfolio including 1075 Peachtree, Avalon, Technology Park and multiple suburban office buildings from single-story to mid-rise and experiential creative office developments. Throughout her 16-year career in commercial real estate, Lamb has represented landlords and is known for her creative approach to leasing office buildings and cultivating strong relationships with the business community and area tenant brokers, allowing her to maximize the return on investment for her clients.  

Lamb is involved in a number of regional industry organizations, serving in board director positions with Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and CREW Atlanta. She has received numerous awards throughout her career including ACBR’s Realtor of the Year award in 2017, Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 under 40 award in 2018, Atlanta Business Chronicle’s National List of Top 100 Influencers in Business in 2019 and CREW Atlanta’s 2015 Deal of the Year award.
