The two offices celebrated a history of partnership and strong relationships.

Colliers Atlanta Executive Chairman, Bob Mathews, Executive Managing Director & Market Leader, Nathan Knowles, and Senior Vice President, Hank Hall, traveled to the Colliers Savannah office to celebrate 25 years of business.

Did you know?

Today, Colliers Savannah is the largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in the city, claiming their position as Savannah’s leading powerhouse team.

Much of our Savannah commercial real estate business comes from industrial, as well as land and hotels. Industrial properties located within or near port cities continue to be in high demand with minimal vacancies.

The Port of Savannah is the largest single container terminal in the Western Hemisphere and features the longest contiguous dock in the U.S. (Savannah Chamber, 2022).
Because of its size and capabilities, this port offers many advantages for its customers including the most global container services among U.S. Southeast and Gulf ports, the largest Southeast refrigerated container import-export terminal and the greatest concentration of retail import distribution centers along the East Coast to name a few.

Savannah has the best performing hotel market in the state, even outpacing Atlanta.

Colliers Atlanta Senior Associate, Vik Zaver, shares, "The reason for this is leisure travel, which increased heavily with the warmer weather. Savannah's hotel market has historically relied on leisure to drive lodging demand." Read more in this article.

Our partnership with Colliers Savannah has been very rewarding both professionally and personally. Our two offices have had - and continue to have - numerous opportunities to collaborate and make our clients’ goals come to fruition. Congratulations on Colliers Savannah’s 25-year anniversary. Colliers Atlanta wishes the team an abundance of success.
