Holly is responsible for facility services across North America through Colliers Facility Solutions and Colliers’ property management services in the Atlanta market. She currently oversees a portfolio of over 224M SF that includes office, retail, industrial, medical office building, mixed-use and corporate facility assets.
Holly is known for creating custom solutions for her clients and achieving optimum results. Under Holly’s leadership, her team has achieved numerous awards for their superior performance, including four International Building of the Year Awards and fifteen local and regional Building of the Year Awards through BOMA. She and her team are deliberately focused on delivering substantial cost savings, energy management, sustainability measures, strategic management and operating strategies.
Business and Educational Background
Prior to Colliers International, Holly was Senior Managing Director, Principal for Cassidy Turley. She led Atlanta’s property and facility management division. Prior to that, Holly was Executive Vice President for Carter where she led all facets of their real estate portfolio. Customer satisfaction ratings of her clients were 99%, soaring above the national norm. During her tenure at Carter, Holly and her team increased the property and facility management portfolio by 72%; expanding services with existing clients into 10 new states. In addition, Holly was also the Chief Administrative Officer for Carter where she oversaw the finance, accounting, IT, HR and marketing divisions.
