Beacon Oral Specialists Management Signs Lease for Class A Medical Office Building in Decatur, GA for Oral and Facial Surgical Practice


New location marks Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery's continued expansion efforts in Atlanta market and responds to increased demand

ATLANTA, March 7, 2023 – Beacon Oral Specialists Management, LLC, a dental management company based in Dallas, Texas and a partner of Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery, has signed a 126-month lease for Suite 250 in Decatur Medical Plaza, located at 200 E Ponce de Leon Avenue in Decatur, GA. The property, which was built in 1976, is owned by HTA - Decatur Medical Plaza, LLC and is a Class A medical office building.

Lauren Holmes and Andrew Walker of Colliers represented Beacon Oral Specialists Management in the transaction, while James McClintock of Healthcare Management of American, Inc  served as the leasing manager for the landlord. The 6,271 square foot space will be home to Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery, used for medical practice and ancillary office use purposes.

Decatur Medical Plaza is highly regarded in the medical community and is located near Emory Decatur Hospital, making it a highly sought-after location. Beacon Oral Specialists Management was attracted to the building's prominent corner lot position and beautiful spec layout.

This is Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery's first location in Decatur, where they will provide convenient oral and facial care for residents in the area. Colliers has been supporting Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery in their growth and expansion efforts in the Atlanta market since 2012, and Decatur marks their 25th location.
