Colliers' Anthony Burnett featured as site selection expert at NAIOP Forecast 2020 event in Columbus, OH

Columbus, OH – Colliers’ Senior Vice President with Site Selection Services, Anthony Burnett, was invited to participate as a panelist at the NAIOP Forecast 2020 event “All Things Site Selection.” The discussion, led by One Columbus President & CEO, Kenny McDonald, explored how the Columbus market stacked up in today’s competitive landscape. Anthony and the panelists provided exclusive insight on corporate real estate strategies to nearly 200 attendees.

“For industrial businesses, real estate is only part of their decision-making criteria. In today’s marketplace, transportation and logistics, operating costs, labor and operating environment are already at dinner before real estate gets to the table”, noted Burnett.

The discussion explored the features that set central Ohio apart from other areas of the country – talent pool, cost of living and real estate availability, transportation and culture. Burnett was featured as the industrial site selection expert in the panel discussion where he provided data and insights to how unique elements in Central Ohio provide an opportunity for industrial-based businesses.
