Allison Bittel and Dany Koe have received awards from ACBR for their leadership roles within the Atlanta commercial real estate community.

Atlanta, GA – Two Colliers experts have been recognized for their leadership roles within the Atlanta Commercial Real Estate community by the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ACBR). Senior Vice President with Colliers | Atlanta Office Services, Allison Bittel received the prestigious, President’s Award while Assistant Vice President with Colliers | Atlanta Office Services, Dany Koe, received the Young REALTOR® of the Year Award.

Allison Bittel is a Senior Vice President with Colliers | Atlanta specializing in office tenant representation. She also serves as a current board member of the ACBR where she leads the Mentorship Program, a key component for building diversity in the commercial real estate industry.

Dany Koe, is an Assistant Vice President with Colliers | Atlanta and has been with the company for eight years specializing in office tenant representation for office and office flex properties.

Through several projects, including a 160,000 square foot headquarters relocation, Ms. Bittel has exhibited her ability to move quickly in the execution of lease negotiations when limited supply and high demand exist – securing economic development incentives and growth requirement to maximize the value of real estate for her clients. Allison joins the Colliers International Atlanta office after more than 18 years with Cushman & Wakefield.

Vice President


Dany brings more than 10 years of real estate experience and is a recognized leader in the industry.  He provides specialized real estate consulting for corporate clients globally. Dany's depth of expertise in all aspects of tenant representation allows him to work openly and collaboratively with his clients to formulate customized tactical and financial strategies in order to improve operating efficiency while increasing profit margins. Dany's experience and expertise allow him to seamlessly guide his clients through site acquisition, advanced leasing negotiations, space dispositions, lease audit counsel, built-to-suit, sale-leasebacks, design-build, and portfolio valuation, and corporate finance.

Dany's creative nature has helped create his expertise in the budding cannabis market where he's successfully advised national cannabis companies with its real estate strategies covering cultivation facilities, distribution centers, dispensaries, and other specialized research and development labs.
