Allison Bittel Named 2022 CREW Catalyst Award Winner

ATLANTA – September 22, 2022 – Colliers is pleased to announce that Senior Vice President and Principal Allison Bittel has been named a CREW Catalyst Award winner for 2022. Launched in 2020, the CREW Catalyst Award recognizes senior-level executives who have championed diversity, equity and inclusion at their companies and across the commercial real estate industry. Honorees–both male and female–are catalysts for change who promote women and diverse groups through the formation of advocacy programs that work to make a lasting difference.

“It’s an honor to be recognized by such an esteemed organization, one that has long paved the way for the advancement of women in the workplace,” said Allison Bittel. “Through my work within the Atlanta commercial real estate industry and as founder and President of The Women’s Collective, I am devoted to growing this community and empowering the next generation of female business leaders at major companies across the country. ”

Founded in 2020, The Women’s Collective (TWC) is an Atlanta-based 501c6 organization comprised of c-suite and senior level women leaders who strive to support, mentor and influence change for women in the workplace. Through the organization’s newly launched “Leaders on the Rise” mentorship program and other educational offerings, Allison and TWC members work together to inspire and guide women in a variety of industries to grow both personally and professionally.

Through several projects, including a 160,000 square foot headquarters relocation, Ms. Bittel has exhibited her ability to move quickly in the execution of lease negotiations when limited supply and high demand exist – securing economic development incentives and growth requirement to maximize the value of real estate for her clients. Allison joins the Colliers International Atlanta office after more than 18 years with Cushman & Wakefield.
