Feinberg is working on the deal to bring a massive health sciences campus to Rio Rancho. He represents client Geringer Capital, based in California, which has its eyes on 65 acres next to Presbyterian Rust Medical Center. Feinberg has been with Colliers, the state's third-largest commercial real estate brokerage, for 18 years. Before that, he owned CRE firm First Commercial Real Estate Services for 17 years.
