Yang also supports North American landlords and sellers in enhancing their relationships with Asian business partners. While the rapidly growing Asian market is an exciting source of high quality tenants and buyers, some North American clients may not know where to turn in order to network with these companies from across the globe. Other domestic clients may already have Asian international interest in their project but are experiencing challenging and prolonged negotiations. Yang's background and relationships in various channels in Asia can provide unparalleled international marketing exposure to vastly broaden the pool of quality tenants or buyers. Her experience and communication skill allows her to reduce frustration and wasted time for both parties by proactively educating interested international tenants and buyers in the process, expectations, and requirements of the local domestic market so a mutually beneficial transaction can cross the finishing line.
