Rocky specializes in office brokerage throughout the St. Louis market. With 15 years in the industry, he works with a variety of clients handling both landlord and tenant representation, development, and consulting projects.

Rocky joined Colliers in October 2009. Prior to that, he was a Sales & Leasing broker with Gershman Commercial where he earned the “Rookie of the Year” title. Before Gershman, he was a Market Analyst with Meritage Homes in Southwest Florida where he was involved in land acquisition for planned unit developments.

Rocky is a graduate of Missouri State University in Springfield, MO where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. Rocky has participated in numerous charities helping raise funds for Scramble for Kids, Easter Seals Midwest, Mission St. Louis, Children’s Miracle Network, and Big Brother and Big Sisters. He was a “Big” in Fort Myers, Florida.


Rocky and his wife Pam have two sons, Rockwell (3) and Conrad (1), and reside in Des Peres, MO. When Rocky is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family.
