Professional Summary

My role at Colliers is simple: assist owners, landlords and users to navigate the Charleston and Lowcountry office market, ensuring that their commercial real estate needs and goals are met. Working with Kristie Roe, another office specialist in the Charleston market, we assist clients at all points of the leasing process. On the Colliers team, I am the point person for data tracking, monitoring analytics, tracking client contacts, directing proposals, cold calling and prospecting for business.

I am a big believer in Colliers’ platform of services, especially in the way we take market data and turn it into unique solutions that others cannot offer. My goal is to ease your mind by contextualizing your commercial real estate needs with my market knowledge and our market data. 

Accomplishments

Prior to joining Colliers, I was heavily involved in the listing of a $9.25 million investment/value add property. In addition to performing the critical cash flow and comps analysis, I was responsible for tracking and nurturing interested prospects.

In Charleston, I am proudly involved in the Commercial Investment Division, the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® and the Charleston Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals. Historically, I have given back to my community through working with individuals with special needs, including the Special Olympics and the Hoop Heroes basketball program.

Education

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Public Relations from Rollins College.

I transitioned into commercial real estate from public relations, where I worked on large commercial real estate developments, including mixed-use buildings in downtown Boston. Charleston and commercial real estate piqued my interest for the unique and exciting opportunities they present.
