Prior to joining CISG, Will worked as a Financial Analyst at CBRE Group, a global commercial real estate services firm. Working on an institutional Class-A agency leasing team in CBRE’s downtown San Francisco office, Will worked on team listings that included both of San Francisco's premier Class A towers: Salesforce Tower and 555 California.

Tony Crossley specializes in the sale of downtown San Francisco commercial properties and development land. Tony has been with Colliers International for the past 23 years and has been a downtown San Francisco investment specialist for the past 33 years.
Tim Maas, Executive Vice President, has been directly involved in the sale of commercial buildings in downtown San Francisco since 1986.
Tim’s primary focus is in the sale of investment transactions in the San Francisco Bay Area. He joined Colliers International in 2003 after having spent the previous 13 years with GVA Whitney Cressman as head of its investment division and national practice. He is a member of Colliers Asset Resolutions Team (“CART”), an affiliation of 200 Colliers International investment and leasing professionals representing the trillion dollar CMBS market.
In his 27 year career, Tim has represented landlords on more than three million square feet of agency assignments and has sold over 300 commercial properties for a value exceeding $3 Billion. Clients have included private investors, family trusts, REITS, institutional investors, and corporations.
Darren’s primary focus is on the analysis, underwriting, marketing and sale of commercial properties and residential and office development land in downtown San Francisco.
Kevin McCloskey started his commercial real estate career in 2018 and joined the Colliers International Investment Services Group (CISG) in 2020. Kevin specializes in the underwriting and analysis of commercial properties and development land in downtown San Francisco.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Kevin worked with CBRE, a global real estate services brokerage firm, in downtown San Francisco focusing on tenant and landlord representation in the San Francisco office market.
Kevin graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate.
Mike joined Colliers International to lead the company’s Industrial and R&D Division in the San Francisco Peninsula office. Since joining Colliers he is consistently recognized as a top 10% producer nationwide (Everest Club) and a top producing broker in the area. Prior to joining Colliers, he was Grubb & Ellis’ Top 3 producer in 2011 and in 2008, 2007, 2004, 2003 and 2002, he was the #1 producer for CB Commercial in the region. Mike has trained several commercial real estate advisors and has been an active principal in his own real estate investments. Mike counts among his clients: Avis/Budget, Balco Properties, Black Creek Group, BYD, California Teachers Association, DHL, Fortress Investment Group, GLP, iStar Financial, Link Industrial Properties (Blackstone), LSG Sky Chefs, Oracle, Prologis, ReadySpaces, The San Francisco Examiner, Union Pacific, UPS, and Windy Hill Property Ventures to name a few.
Aileen has specialized in the leasing and sale of commercial property in Alameda County since 1987. Her experience includes a wide range of product types, including Life Science, Office, R&D Flex, Industrial and Event/Religious/Educational facilities. Throughout her career, she has represented some of the region's most recognizable and respected commercial owners and tenants, including local property owners, developers, institutional investors, non-profits, and local, regional, and national tenants.
