Assistant Vice President
Will Classen is an Assistant Vice President at Colliers International specializing in tenant representation, lease negotiations, strategic planning, financial analysis, and real estate advisory services for clients across the Washington metropolitan area and nationally. His understanding of the office market, transaction process, and lease language make him invaluable to his clients in finding the perfect space, creating leverage, structuring advantageous business terms, and flexible leases.
Throughout his career, Mr. Classen has worked closely with executives across the c-suite, partnering with them on strategic initiatives concerning enterprise risk management, process efficiency, functional transformations, strategy execution, and change management. He has a reputation for superior client service and a proven track record of success, realizing his client’s financial objectives.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Classen was an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank, where he was responsible for representing many prominent Washington, DC metro tenants. Will began his career in Washington, DC at The Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner), a leading best practice advisory and technology company, where he focused on account management and new business development within the corporate finance and strategy practice.
Will graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and financial management.

Will actively volunteers at the 801 East Men’s Homeless Shelter. He is a member of the Washington International Trade Association advisory board, the Commercial Real Estate Brokers Association of Washington, DC, the Clemson Alumni Association, the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Society of Washington, DC, and The Global Good Fund’s Young Executive Council.

Bill Zonghetti is one of Washington’s most accomplished real estate professionals and has won numerous industry awards including the CoStar Power Broker award for the past 15 years and has been honored by his previous firm Newmark Knight Frank as the recipient of their national top producer award on two occasions, a noteworthy accomplishment with over 5,000 US brokers. He has represented some of the area’s most prestigious organizations for transactions in excess of 25 million square feet and is responsible for the headquarters locations of the following companies: 125,000 square feet for NJVC, LLC; 91,000 Square feet for EMMES, 91,000 square feet for ASM Research 80,000 square feet for Ropes & Gray, 75,000 square feet for Informax, Inc. and 51,000 square feet for Integrated Systems Analysts.
He has represented a myriad of prominent not-for-profit clients including American Institute of Architects, The Girl Scouts, RTI International, Youth for Understanding, Human Rights Watch, ACLU, Sierra Club, Education Development Center (EDC), ASPCA, American Dental Education Association among many others. He is noted by his clients as being an expert in lease review and for being extremely detailed oriented in the transaction process.
