Walter Menuet has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate in Houston and the surrounding areas. Walter focuses primarily on industrial real estate sale and lease transactions involving warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and land.
Walter is a 25-year veteran of the Vantage Companies, a Dallas based developer of commercial real estate. During this time, Vantage developed more than 10 million square feet of industrial properties in Houston, on which Walter served as the in-house leasing and sales broker.
Walter’s primary responsibilities at Vantage were leasing and disposition of Vantage developments as well as a portfolio of third party owned properties in the Houston area. Notable third party landlord clients included DCT Industrial, Principal, Mountain West Industrial Properties, The Carson Companies, DDR, The Meritex Companies, Core Real Estate, CMC Commercial Realty Group and American Industrial Properties. During his tenure with Vantage, Walter closed more than 500 transactions in approximately 10 million square feet of space with total transaction values of approximately $300 million.
Walter made the move to Colliers | Houston in 2012 and has continued as an Industrial Specialist serving the needs of landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Notable clients served in seven years with Colliers include Liberty Property Trust, Prologis, Crow Holdings, Inc., Mountain West Industrial Properties, The Meritex Companies, Industry Capital, Berkeley Capital, CUNA Mutual, ML Realty Partners, and The Fort Worth Foundation.
In seven years at Colliers, Walter has closed more than 7 million square feet of transactions with an aggregate value of more than $200 million.
Walter has won the CoStar Power Broker award numerous times for leasing transaction volume and has been named an industrial brokerage Heavy Hitter by the Houston Business Journal. In 2017, Walter was on the landlord team for the NAIOP Industrial Deal of the Year and was named to Colliers’ Everest Club as a national top 10% producer.

Director of Market Research | Houston
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research and has 37 years of commercial real estate experience. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually, including quarterly reports on Houston's retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials supporting the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers Editorial Board, the Colliers U.S. Research Council, and is a recipient of the Colliers Researcher of the Year Award.
Lisa earned the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPRC is the first and only accreditation for commercial real estate research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Director, Financial Analytics | Houston
Bringing 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets, including the following types of financial analysis:

Prior to joining Colliers, she also specialized in advising companies regarding their financial analysis for commercial real estate requirements or investments for 17 years. Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
Industrial Client Services Lead | Houston
Kristina joined Colliers in 2014 and using her knowledge and experience, she has quickly excelled within our Industrial and Land Team. Her area of expertise includes developing and maintaining a staged marketing program for listing assignments, listing pitches, proposals and agreements, tenant/buyer site tour coordination, market research, marketing initiatives, online database maintenance and tracking deals, client support, and contract/lease administration. She is experienced in the use of advanced software programs for use in the marketing and collateral of industrial and land properties.
Kristina earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Prior to her Project Coordinator role she worked as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator at S.E. Covington & Company where she assisted in the launching and marketing of the project leasing division totaling more than 1.8 million square feet of industrial, retail, and office space. She also created a new image for the company’s marketing materials and website.
