About
Professional Summary
I am proud to be a first generation American. My parents emigrated from Greece and I consider myself fortunate to be bilingual in Greek and English.
Growing up I saw firsthand how hard work and perseverance can achieve greatness. As a young adult, I helped my parents manage their retail units, multifamily properties, and our family restaurant, Pizza Bella. Over the years I have found tenants, managed property, and helped build the businesses my parents worked so hard to start. After my father passed away in 2012, my mother bought out her partner’s half of the restaurant and that’s when I stepped in full time to help run Pizza Bella. Within the first year, we grew our sales over 30% and I am proud to say we have continued to flourish.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked in residential real estate. I focused on the buyer side and enjoyed helping first time buyers find their dream home. However, this experience made me realize that my passion was truly in commercial real estate. Personally seeing the ins and outs of being a commercial property owner has given me a unique perspective allowing me to put myself in an owner’s shoes.
Growing up and living in New Hampshire for over 30 years and taking a leadership role in operating a small local business, I understand how a commercial property can become a home base for the community.

As a tenant/buyer representative I generally work with businesses of 15+ employees, helping to educate them about the process and making sure they get the best deals in the market.
I also work with investors along the Interstate 93/Route 101 corridors in southern New Hampshire. I focus on cash-flow properties like retail strip centers, self storage facilities, apartments, car washes, etc., helping these clients to maximize value and returns.
In addition, I have developed an expertise in commercial and industrial real estate in the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport area.
In short:
I know what I’m doing – I have been involved in real estate in southern New Hampshire since 1980, first as a practicing real estate lawyer, then as a title abstractor, and since 2000 as a commercial-only agent.
In 2004, I obtained my CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Advisor) designation and have always been committed to lifelong learning.
I know my market – Except for my college years at Marquette University in Milwaukee, I have spent virtually my entire life in the Merrimack River valley and have lived in New Hampshire since 1974.
I don’t use the GPS device in my car. My career has given me the opportunity to become very familiar with the properties, streets, and towns in southern New Hampshire.
I know people – Over the course of my career, I have cultivated a vast and deep network of peers, friends, clients, investors, property owners, professionals, and government officials. These quality relationships provide another strong value-add for my clients.
These three qualities constitute my value proposition, and, along with diligence, honesty, and integrity, I believe they are the most important attributes of a competent commercial real estate broker.
