At Colliers, Scott excels in customer service, and delivering bottom-line result for his clients. Scott specializes in office sales and leasing. From 2014 to 2020, Scott completed the most medical leasing and sales transactions in the State of Idaho. Scott also excels at working with tenants who are recasting their leases in current locations, or moving to new ones. He also works with landlords to reduce vacancy and maintain existing tenants. In his first year at Colliers, Scott was recognized as Rookie of the Year. In 2011, 2015, 2016, and 2019 he was the top 5 highest producers at Colliers among all specialities. He is currently the top producing office broker at Colliers in Boise.
Scott Feighner joined the Office Services Team of Colliers in 2008. Previously, Scott was a top-performing salesman for DBI Beverage in San Francisco, one of the largest beverage distributors in the country.
Scott has an extensive commercial real estate background in a broad range of disciplines including project management, sales team leadership, development, construction management, site selection, ownership, leasing and investment sales. He recently served as Project Manager and Director of Sales for Brighton Corporation, a diversified commercial developer in the Boise Metro Area, where he specialized in local development, lease and sale negotiations, and site acquisitions in Washington and Minnesota.
Devin Ogden began brokering commercial real estate transactions with Colliers in 2001 and has completed deals across all asset classes (industrial, investments, retail, office, land, and multifamily). However, Devin’s primary focus since 2007 has been on industrial properties such as distribution, manufacturing, food processing, and tech/flex. Devin’s extensive real estate knowledge and expertise has proved very beneficial to his clients in achieving their goals.
In 2008, Lance Millington entered commercial real estate as partner in a small development company. He has 12 years of experience in managing and leasing the company’s office buildings.
Joining Colliers in 2020, Lance brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in technology companies. He has held sales executive, partner management and leadership roles at companies including HP, Oracle and Underwriters Laboratories. In his work at Colliers, Lance engages with a broad range of companies and individuals, with the primary focus being on finding the right commercial real estate solution to help clients achieve their overall business objectives.
Karena offers a focus on office investment acquisition and disposition, as well as office leasing representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. She provides clients with financial analyses, transaction management, in depth market data, and property valuation. She also utilizes her background of construction management to offer her clients substantial insight as they determine their building needs.
As an active resident and broker in the Treasure Valley, Karena has in-depth knowledge of the Boise Metro commercial real estate market. Additionally, her early commitment to smart building solutions and experience in high performance building provides insight into best practices which can contribute to the success of a building, its owners and occupants.
Shanna joined the Boise Investment Services Team as Transaction Coordinator in 2013 and was promoted to Brokerage Services Director in 2018, with her main focus remaining on sale transaction management.
She has over 20 years of real estate and commercial sales transaction management experience.
