Will Haynes, II is a Managing Director in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International in its Office Occupier Services Group. Will also leads the North Texas Education Services Practice Group.
Will focuses on advising clients on all aspects of their real estate needs with a primary concentration on Educational and Corporate organizations.
He has gained considerable knowledge, experience, and expertise in the education real estate market by performing multiple sales and lease transactions for K-12 and post-secondary institutions.
Will’s various assignments include consulting and strategic planning, lease negotiations; portfolio management; acquisition, and disposition of real estate.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 2016, Will was a Vice President at Emmitt Smith Realty Partners in Dallas. He began his career in the banking industry and transitioned to real estate in 2009, where he specialized in acquisitions and dispositions of multi-family properties in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Will is a graduate of Manhattan College in New York, where he played NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC).
Travis Ewert is an Executive Vice President with Colliers International Dallas specializing in office tenant representation, location analysis, transaction advisory and management, workplace strategy and transaction negotiation.
Travis was born and raised in East Dallas and educated at First Baptist Academy in Downtown Dallas, where he observed firsthand the majority of its development in the mid-1980’s. Although he represents clients all over the DFW Metroplex, Travis has a specific affinity toward the Uptown and Downtown CBD submarkets where he is considered a well-rounded submarket expert, ambassador and thought leader.
Travis began his commercial real estate career with PM Realty Group (PMRG) Dallas where he successfully grew their agency leasing platform and market presence in the Uptown, Central Expressway and Downtown Central Business District submarkets. It was there that he accumulated a deep understanding of how landlords think, operate and negotiate which he utilizes to the benefit of his clients. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Travis worked with Accenture and KPMG LLP for nearly a decade where he gained extensive project management and consulting expertise. It is from his diverse background that Travis is able to offer his clients a unique and valuable vantage point, leading them to make the most strategic, intelligent and informed decisions possible pertaining to all aspects of real estate operations.
Stephen is a Senior Vice President in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. He specializes in office tenant representation with an emphasis in the healthcare and corporate industries.
Stephen has over 15 years of experience providing solutions for owners and users of office space. He utilizes an analytical approach in conjunction with a collaborative process and extensive market knowledge. This method provides his clients with the essential tools required to make profitable and expedient real estate decisions.
Before joining Colliers, Stephen was a Senior Vice President at Dominus Commercial, Inc. There, he created strategies to achieve clients’ goals through a thorough analysis of their real estate needs. His abilities to negotiate and identify effective client solutions led him to be a Top Producer year after year.
Prior to Colliers, Stephen served as a Senior Account Executive for Dahlgren Duck in Carrollton, Texas from 1995 to 2005, where he generated sales to luxury hotels, restaurants, and country clubs as well as for special luxury markets in the private aviation and yacht industry.
Calvin Mooney is an Associate within Colliers’ Dallas-Forth Worth office. He focuses on office tenant representation.
Being a versatile real estate and finance professional, Calvin is capable of identifying and analyzing investment opportunities. He is adept at working with internal stakeholders, third party vendors, and developing successful new business relationships with clients.
Calvin had over six years of finance experience before he transitioned into real estate. Prior to joining Colliers, he was a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for Central Commercial Group for over a year.
Mr. Mooney hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri-St. Louis as well as a Masters in Commercial Property Designation from Lipsey School of Real Estate.
As a member of Colliers International's Occupier Services Group, Dylan specializes in representing corporate office user’s best interest as it relates to their office real estate needs, workplace strategy and business goals. His team advises office tenants through every step of the site selection process including; space planning, local government incentive packages, lease negotiations and population, housing and transportation studies. Once a lease is signed they stay in regular contact with thier clients to make sure they can act decisively and confidently in the current market should their business goals change. While the office needs of Dylan's clients stretch across the metroplex, he has particular expertise in Dallas' urban core office market.
Prior to joining Colliers, Dylan worked at a boutique full service real estate firm where he was responsible for business development and office leasing across the DFW Metroplex. This included leasing the seventh largest office building in Dallas, 1700 Pacific, located in the heart of Downtown. In this role, working with different andlords, Dylan gained a better understanding of how landlords view different leases, what is most important to landlords in a lease transaction based on their plan for each building and what items need to be the most heavily scrutinized in a lease document from the perspective of the tenant among other things.
Mary is an executive vice president in the Occupier Services Group for Colliers International in Dallas, Texas where she specializes in office tenant representation and has leased several million square feet.
During her 30-year career, she has represented local, regional, national and international companies in all aspects of their real estate needs. She has a unique ability to listen to her clients and execute their strategies while focusing on building long-lasting relationships and repeat business.
