Professional Summary

A member of the high-producing Indy Industrial Advisors team, Tyler Wilson specializes in industrial leasing representation and acquisition / disposition services for businesses and property owners throughout Indiana with a specific focus on the Indianapolis MSA.  Since 2012, Tyler has closed over 1,400 transactions exceeding $620 million in value and is an 8-time recipient of the firm’s “Most Transactions” award for Colliers Indianapolis.

Before advancing into brokerage, Tyler led the firm’s market research department, providing an in-depth understanding of statistics, trending, market conditions, and the transactional process from start to finish. This experience was invaluable and created the foundation for what has become his key service differentiator ― a commanding market knowledge, and the ability to leverage that data, when assessing and counseling to meet and exceed clients’ overall objectives.  Clients value and appreciate his 24/7 availability, attention to detail, collaborative effort, and diligent approach toward every assignment.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys being outdoors ― his favorite activities include golf, snowboarding and anything that involves being on the water.
