Testimonials
“I have developed a great partnership with the Colliers Food Advisory Services team (Chris, Turner and Sam), and their dedication to the food industry has been key to our relationship. They have been a trusted resource of mine for 5+ years and have assisted in a few large, food distribution facility sales, as well as simple opinions of value, market research and property surveys. I appreciate their attention to detail and creative approach to finding solutions to my real estate needs.” – Bill Casey, Pinnacle Realty (Gordon Food Service)
“The Food Advisory Services team was instrumental in helping EarthFresh expand into the United States. We described our goals and needs to them, and they were able to guide us from start to finish on the identification of a suitable facility, lease negotiations, and build out of a specialized processing facility. Their food industry expertise, real estate experience, and the resources at their disposal made the process extremely efficient, highly professional and ultimately made my job easier.” - Brad Wiseman, EarthFresh, CFO
“As an owner of real estate who is 100% dedicated to the food industry, we know that real estate advisors who are also 100% dedicated to the food industry are hard to find. The FAS team has been a trusted partner of ours for many years and we look forward to continued work with them in the future.” – John Long, Managing Director, Provender Partners
“The FAS team assisted me in the leasing of a large, tri-temperature distribution facility in Atlanta. I needed a real estate expert with food industry knowledge to help backfill the building, and the FAS team was able to do just that. Their knowledge of all food related prospects out in the market, as well as knowledge of every competing food facility was instrumental in getting my building leased quickly. I would recommend them to any real estate owner who needs help in the sale or lease of a food facility.” – Kip Kramer, V. Paulius & Associates, COO & General Counsel
“We have worked with Chris, Turner and Sam for the last six years. We appreciate the fact that they can use their combined brokerage and food space skill sets to further our business.” Neil Johnson, Provender Partners, Founder & CEO
“The Food Advisory Services team have become a trusted partner after helping us execute multiple transactions over the past few years. Particularly, they have assisted in the sale of numerous food manufacturing facilities, including two complicated campus sales totaling 2.4 million sq ft and 250+ acres. Their ability to assemble a listing team that includes national food industry expertise, plus local boots-on-the-ground market knowledge is unmatched. After working together through numerous transactions, I have learned I can trust them to provide creative solutions when needed and have full faith in their ability to navigate a deal from start to finish.” – COO of publicly traded food company
