Travis has been working in the real estate industry since 2009. Prior to his real estate career, Travis worked for Morgan Stanley. Outside the office, Travis enjoys boating, golfing, camping, snowboarding and sports. He is a seasoned traveler, having explored over 30 countries, including an epic trip around the globe in 2012. A Utah native, Travis enjoys volunteering and living close to family and friends where he and his wife Brittany are raising their two daughters Hannah & Charlie and their son Jack.

Before joining Colliers International, Chris Kirk joined CBC Advisors in early 2017 as managing director of the newly expanded downtown Salt Lake City office. As an office specialist, Chris believes in the value of long-term relationships. Close attention to client requirements is the foundation of his career in the commercial real estate industry. Chris earns he trust and confidence of his clients through hard work, dedication and effective performance. He is particularly interested in locating businesses new to Utah market.
Prior to joining CBC Advisors, Chris was consistently a top five producer at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce in Salt Lake City. Over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate business enables Chris to bring real estate transactions to timely and successful completion. He knows the Utah office market, and he recognized both the problems and the opportunities present at all points of the market cycle. In 2009, Chris was recognized for significant transaction per square foot leased in a down economy.
Chris is among a select group of commercial real estate agents who have achieved the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. He is the current Utah Chapter President and is the current Trustee for the SIOR Foundation. He has also taught commercial real estate continuing education courses and is honored to be presenting the Utah Office Market Report at the 2019 National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP) Commercial Real Estate Symposium. Chris is a board member of the Alliance House, a non-profit public service organization, where he lead the housing committee addressing homelessness.
A graduate of the University of Utah, Chris has studied in Europe. He is a global traveler and an avid skier, fly fisher, mountaineer and surfer. For over ten years Chris has organized an annual ski event for industry professionals and clients to gather from around the country, build relationships and ski Utah resorts. Chris draws on a wide range of experience to understand his clients and serve their commercial real estate interests. He and his wife Johanna enjoy living in Utah, where they are raising their twin teen daughters.

Galanis moved to Colliers International from CBRE where he was a top producing office broker in CBRE’s Southwest Region for 2016 & 2017. He is also the recipient of Utah’s CCIM 2018 Specialty Broker of the Year Award.
Galanis provides a strategic multi-disciplinary team approach to his clients, utilizing experts in workplace strategies, location and labor analytics, capital markets, debt and equity and project management. He is a member of SIOR, an elite group of 3,000 members worldwide. Galanis was the 2017 recipient of the award for the Largest Dollar Volume Member-to-Member Office Transaction within SIOR. Galanis is also a member of Colliers Colliers’ Tenant Advisory Council (TAC), an 80-member group of elite office tenant rep brokers globally.

Alisha is an Associate Office Specialist in the downtown Salt Lake City office. She
specializes in assisting companies develop and execute a real estate strategy to
operate efficiently and deliberately. During her time at Colliers, she has represented
both tenants and landlords in bringing large transactions to close and she is always
looking to create value to every deal she touches.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Alisha worked for Goldman Sachs in the
Corporate Services and Real Estate division where she managed over 30 properties
across the Americas. During her time at Goldman Sachs, she learned the operational
intricacies of running a Fortune 100 company and she uses many of those skills in the
work she completes today. She also has a clear understanding of Corporate Services
and what it takes to run a successful business.
Since joining the firm in 2018, Alisha has worked on many tenant transactions
including First American Title Insurance Company, the University of Utah, the
Children’s Center, Tanner Accounting, and Kforce. Alisha integrates her experience and
market knowledge to help companies maximize their value.
Outside of the office, Alisha enjoys doing anything in the outdoors. While she loves
traveling abroad for the cultural experiences, she has also spent many weekends
traveling in our own backyard with weekly hikes, camping trips and adventures. As an
Oregon native, the high desert and mountains offer a vast new playground of
opportunities to explore.
