Professional Summary
Tracey serves as the operations Lead of Colliers Indy's team of Client Services Coordinators, providing hand's-on administrative support of the firm's brokerage division. In addition, Tracey herself, also provides administrative, marketing and client support to the Industrial and Healthcare brokerage teams in addition to our Property Management division. She also supports the firm’s CRM database as it relates to company/contact records and assist in gathering and maintaining data that supports brokerage and corporate communications direct marketing activities.
Previously, Tracey worked in the accounting department at Frontier Transport for 12 years, where she handled payroll for owner operator and company drivers and also processed the billing for the drivers' paperwork. She also worked at KB Homes as an Escrow Coordinator, where I earned a coveted company award, Employee of the Year.
In acknowledgement of Tracey’s impressive impact on the firm — her strong initiative for the overall good of the firm, solid judgement, and phenomenal attitude and performance, — she was awarded Colliers Indianapolis “Peak Performance Award” within the administrative team.
In her spare time, Tracey enjoy spending time outside with family and friends — and enjoy traveling and experiencing new things.

Hannah Nichols provides marketing, administrative and client support to for Indy Industrial Advisors Team ― of Jimmy Cohoat, Andrea Hopper, Jason Speckman, Tyler Wilson, and Sydney Gabriel.
Hannah offers impressive marketing and team collaboration skills she gained while working during her full-time studies. As Rebranding Intern for Beneficence Family Scholars (BFS) ― she conducted extensive market research toward a complete rebranding initiative – presenting the new look and strategy to board members and driving its rollout within her peer intern team. As Office Assistant for BSU’s Women’s and Gender Studies Department ― she conceived, wrote, and edited initial issues of its inaugural newsletter.
In her spare time Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys painting and other artistic pursuits.
Mariana Melero provides administrative, marketing and client support to Indianapolis brokerage teams.
Mariana brings an impressive background in team collaboration skills and operational support. Prior to joining Colliers, she held Administrative Assistant position at Kite Realty Group and previously at University of Houston ― handling diverse responsibilities for their C-Level leadership. Via her event management experiences, Mariana displayed impressive initiative and judgement, coordinating a multitude of assignments ― vendor selection, check-in processes, set-up/tear-down procedures, and event cost management.
In her spare time Mariana enjoys getting to know the city by scooter. She also enjoys working out, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
Cori Church provides marketing, administrative and client support to Indianapolis brokerage teams.
Cori offers impressive marketing and administrative skills she gained at her previous position with Zidan Management Group.
As a marketing Intern for Ball State’s on-campus greenhouse, she conducted demographic research and implemented new marketing strategies to improve the location’s online presence and increase foot traffic. And as a committee member of the American Advertising Federation chapter at Ball State, Cori conducted research and created advertising material for a nationally recognized brand.
In her spare time, Cori enjoys spending time with her dogs and her family. She also enjoys refinishing furniture as a hobby.
