I have been the market leader for REMS in Sacramento since 2012.  I am responsible for the day-to-day operations and financial success of my market.  This includes the oversight of a 5.3 million square  foot commercial property portfolio, ten property managers, and eighty-three real estate professionals.   Our portfolio consists of 49% office,  26% retail and 25% industrial. 

Prior to my current role, I was responsible for facilities and property management of the CalPERS' portfolio in Sacramento.  This 1.5 million square foot portfolio included 1 million square feet of owner occupied Class-A office, 400,000 square feet of multi-tenant investment office buildings, and emergency operations center and two warehouse properties.  My duties included the supervision of eighty professionals that provided a full array of services, including on-site security, engineering, project management and administration.  Preparation and oversight of the operating and capital improvement budgets.  Oversight of data center power and environmental, cafe services, sustainability programs, leasing and emergency response program, including a full ERT program.  The CalPERS' portfolio included a 550,000 square foot LEED-NC Gold building and a 500,000 square foot LEED-EBOM Gold building.
