He is a recipient of various industry awards including the Platinum Award of Excellence, and has served in a variety of community and professional leadership positions. He is considered one of the leading authorities in retail site selection in the Middle Tennessee area real estate market.

Education
Tony majored in Real Estate and Urban Development at the University of Tennessee. He became a licensed real estate agent in 1977 while a freshman in college and entered the commercial real estate business with the Carl Storey Company in 1984.

Consistently ranked as a top-producing member of the Colliers Retail Services Group, Mike Baggett’s 25-year brokerage career has established him as a sought-after agent with expertise in tenant representation, site selection, landlord/owner representation, and land sales throughout Tennessee and Kentucky.
Mike has extensive tenant representation experience in retail corporate real estate and national restaurants for best-in-class tenants including Chase Bank, Starbucks, 7-Eleven and Bloomin’ Brands. His specialization encompasses: market research, site selection, lease negotiation, and growth and development strategies — including the roll-out of Chase Bank throughout the Nashville and Middle Tennessee markets.
Recently, Mike has led the retail leasing of Broadwest, the high-profile urban mixed-use project in Nashville’s core. He also has a background in land sales and development with valuable knowledge of contract negotiation, due diligence, entitlement and build-to-suit development.
With over ten years of extensive marketing and graphic design experience, Allison is a vital asset to the Colliers Nashville team. Allison works with top-producing retail brokers to develop strategic marketing initiatives and produce best-in-class marketing print and digital collateral.
Before joining Colliers Nashville, Allison worked as a Brokerage Transaction Coordinator for Ground + Space in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and for Atlantic Retail Properties. In that role, Allison conducted research and analyzed market data, property comps, and leases. Allison also supervised the start-up of a new company overseeing branding and website development with the ad agency, license and client transfers, account setups, and PR initiatives.
Allison is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and an Associate of Arts in Retail Marketing. Since 2018, Allison has volunteered her time with the Junior League of Nashville, a women's volunteer organization. Allison received her real estate broker's license in 2015.
