About
Professional Summary
As the Managing Director - Debt & Equity Finance based in the firm’s Boca Raton office, I bring more than 17 years of experience successfully assisting clients with financing strategies for their existing and newly acquired real estate assets. At Colliers, I will continue to work with property owners on their debt and equity sourcing needs. I specialize in a unique, but very active niche, in placing capital targeted for real estate investments on behalf of family offices. I excel at complex negotiations and I offer a broad and sophisticated understanding of commodity-market making dynamics. I am experienced in evaluating economic and political trends and events, and their impact on portfolio performance.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked as vice president of finance at American Coal Energy where I managed and financed all portfolio asset purchases, trade finance and capital sourcing. Most recently, I served as director of capital advisors at Franklin Street where I specialized in direct-sales origination, client advisory, sourcing and implementing the best strategies for funding customer real estate based assets nationwide.
