Following a four-year stint in Department Store operation and sales management, I began my work in the real estate industry in 1987. Throughout my 33+ year tenure in real estate, I’ve led project teams through all aspects of the retail brokerage, asset management and property development process. This includes implementing effective marketing materials and process, site selection and acquisition, constraint analysis and due diligence, securing municipal use approvals and documentation, design and construction coordination, financial analysis and valuation, project budgeting, and lease or sale negotiation and contract administration. Notably, over the last six years I’ve been instrumental in leading the brokerage initiative for the Hy-Vee grocery store expansion into the Minneapolis-St. Paul market, to include the opening of twelve stores with multiple additional sites entitled and acquired, and additional sites to follow.
