Before joining Colliers, I was Director of Office Leasing at Franklin Street, where I specialized in landlord representation for property owners and institutional clients in throughout Florida. I also represented select office, industrial and retail tenants with site selection, strategy development, redevelopment, rebranding, and occupancy cost-saving initiatives .
Prior to Franklin Street, I was a Senior Associate for CBRE’s Brokerage Services division. While there, I formulated and implemented comprehensive leasing strategies for more than 750,000 square feet of office properties, serving as principal for negotiation of prospective tenants.
I earned a B.A. in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Miami, where I was also a member of two National Champion Miami Hurricane Baseball teams (’99 & ’01) and was selected by the Detroit Tigers in the seventh round of the 2001 Major League Baseball Amateur Player draft.

I lead Colliers’ dominant South Florida Brokerage team – passionate, driven commercial real estate (CRE) advisors offering their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and industrial clients., offering them unique perspectives, particularly in complex lease and capital markets transactions. Our team is data driven, strategic and focused on financial analytics to ensure our clients are equipped to make the best real estate decisions for their stakeholders.
I joined Colliers in 2015 as Executive Vice President after four years as Senior Vice President of Brokerage at Jones Lang LaSalle and an 8-year career as Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Company

My clients have stuck with me thorough two company moves over the past 15 years. In fact, when I joined Colliers in 2015, all my existing clients and listings - more than 2 million square feet of South Florida office product—made the move with me. I think my clients most appreciate my passion and commitment to their visions. I approach each project as if it were my own, which has led to my track record of strong performance for all my clients – landlords and tenants for more than a dozen years.
I lead one of Colliers’ dominant South Florida Brokerage teams – passionate, driven commercial real estate (CRE) advisors offering their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and industrial clients, giving them the diverse knowledge and ability to adapt to South Florida’s unique real estate market challenges.
My geographical area of expertise is Miami-Dade County, South from Aventura. I work with tenants, owners and investors of commercial real estate in South Florida.

Over the past 17 years, I’ve competed more than five million square feet of lease and sale transactions, with a total value of $400 million. Those transactions, in which I represented Landlords and select tenants, gave rise to hard-won expertise in lease negotiations, market knowledge and financial analysis in South Florida commercial real estate. I specialize in representation landlords in office leasing and commercial sales of prominent office buildings, across South Florida, and in urban Broward County in particular.
I joined Colliers following 14 years at CBRE’s Brokerage services division, and am now part of Colliers’ dominant South Florida Brokerage team – driven, passionate commercial real estate (CRE) advisors offering their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and industrial clients

I manage client service and strategic marketing for Team Kingsley-Rutchik - passionate, driven commercial real estate (CRE) advisors offering their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and industrial clients. I also oversee transaction support, property marketing and team operations.
I joined Jonathan Kingsley and Stephen Rutchik in 2011 at JLL, where I was responsible for the creation of best-in-class property marketing campaigns and collateral, transaction support and client reporting. Previous to joining Team Kingsley-Rutchik, my marketing expertise served both Brokerage and Capital Markets (Investment Sales) specialties. During my tenure with JLL’s Capital Markets group, I managed research, marketing and client reporting, and was involved in the marketing of more than $1.5 billion in transactions.
I have has more than nineteen years of commercial real estate experience and more than twenty-one years of graphic design and marketing experience.

I am a part of a team of commercial real estate professionals, who deliver their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and institutional clients. My focus is on occupier advisory services, representing the needs of tenants across South Florida.
I joined Colliers International after three years as a corporate real estate advisor with CBRE focusing exclusively on office tenant representation. Prior to that, I was a financial analyst at Marcus and Millichap focusing on investment sales in the Hotel sector.
I have four years of experience in South Florida’s commercial real estate industry. A South Florida native, with a deep understanding of South Florida’s unique real estate market challenges, as well as the most opportunistic areas within the South Florida market.
I provide transactional support and operational structure for Team Kingsley- Rutchik - passionate, driven commercial real estate professionals,
currently delivering institutional agency leasing and occupier advisory services.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a Transaction Analyst at JLL South Florida, and before that, I provided superior client services and real estate expertise to senior agency and tenant representation brokers at JLL, as a Leasing Assistant for twelve years, specializing in Agency Representation for trophy assets across the Miami-Dade office market My responsibilities included preparing and issuing proposals, tracking leasing activity using VTS, preparing commission calculations and submitting invoices, following up on outstanding commission payments, maintaining
stacking plans, regularly updating listings, responding to inquiries and providing information, touring prospective tenants, preparing marketing deliverables (flyers, floor plans, websites), as well as various ad hoc requests.
