Jonathan joined Colliers in 2015 after four years as Senior Vice President of Brokerage at Jones Lang LaSalle and an 8-year career as Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Company

Stephen Rutchik is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry, focusing on Class A agency and tenant representation services for office clients in South Florida and across the United States. He also provides investment and asset management consulting services to institutional clients.

Stephen and his team joined Colliers International in 2015, after four years as Senior Vice President of Brokerage at Jones Lang LaSalle and more than eight years as Vice President of Office Services at Grubb & Ellis Company, where he was responsible for the delivery of services to tenants, owners and investors of commercial real estate in South Florida. Stephen specializes in leasing transactions, representing the needs of both landlords and tenants, giving them the diverse knowledge and ability to adapt to South Florida’s unique real estate market challenges.

Jarred Goodstein has an extensive background in office lease negotiations, market knowledge, and financial analysis of commercial real estate in South Florida. He specializes in landlord representation and commercial sales of prominent office buildings throughout South Florida as well as leasing advisory services to select occupiers. Jarred specializes in representing landlords in office leasing and commercial sales of prominent office buildings, across South Florida, and in urban Broward County in particular. 

Jarred joined Colliers following 13 years at CBRE’s Brokerage services division, and is  now part of Colliers’ dominant South Florida Brokerage team – thirteen driven, passionate commercial real estate (CRE) advisors offering their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and  industrial clients.

Bridgette Taylor manages client service and strategic marketing for Team Kingsley-Rutchik  -  thirteen  passionate, driven commercial real estate (CRE) advisors offering their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and  industrial clients. I also oversee transaction support, property marketing and team operations.

Bridgette joined Jonathan Kingsley and Stephen Rutchik in 2011 at JLL, where she was responsible for the creation of best-in-class property marketing campaigns and collateral, transaction support and client reporting. Prior to joining Team Kingsley-Rutchik, Bridgette's  marketing expertise served both Brokerage and Capital Markets (Investment Sales) specialties. During her tenure with JLL’s Capital Markets group, she managed research, marketing and client reporting, and was involved in the marketing of more than $1.5 billion in transactions. 

Bridgette has more than twenty years of commercial real estate and graphic design and marketing experience.

Carmen Aquino is a marketing communications professional, with a background in Journalism, focused in the commercial real estate industry.

Carmen is a consummate team player committed to producing best in class marketing materials that support my team in effectively marketing, promoting and communicating the unique advantages of every assignment.

Before joining Colliers Carmen worked for 3 years as a marketing specialist for the top-producing CRE team at Fortune International Realty.  Carmen is  a member of Team Kingsley-Rutchik  - passionate, driven commercial real estate professionals, offering their expertise to office and industrial occupiers and investors across South Florida.

Tyler de la Pena is part of a team of  commercial real estate professionals, who deliver their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and institutional clients, focused on occupier advisory services, representing the needs of tenants across South Florida. 

Tyler joined Colliers International after three years as a corporate real estate advisor with CBRE focusing exclusively on office tenant representation. Prior to that, he was a financial analyst at Marcus and Millichap focusing on investment sales in the Hotel sector. 

Tyler has seven years of experience in South Florida’s commercial real estate industry. He is a  South Florida native, with a deep understanding of South Florida’s unique real estate market challenges, as well as the fastest growing and most challenging areas within the South Florida market.  Tyler graduated from Florida State University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Tyler's financial background has proven beneficial in understanding the impact corporate real estate has on a business’s P&L and Balance Sheet, as well as the most ideal solutions to ensure corporate real estate is in line with, and contributing to the overall business goals. 

Damla Barrett is part of a team of thirteen commercial real estate professionals, who deliver their expertise in both agency and tenant advisory services across South Florida. Damla’s focus is on medical, tech and financial occupier advisory services, acquiring and disposing of space on behalf of corporate clients.   

Kevin Gonzalez is part of Colliers’ dominant South Florida Brokerage team – eleven passionate, driven commercial real estate (CRE) advisors offering expertise in agency representation services for institutional and privatelyheld office properties. With more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Jake Freeman is part of Colliers’ dominant South Florida Brokerage team – thirteen passionate, driven commercial real estate (CRE) advisors offering expertise in agency representation services for institutional and privately-held office properties. Team Kingsley-Rutchik is data driven, strategic and focused on financial analytics to ensure our clients are equipped to make the best real estate decisions for their stakeholders. Prior to joining Colliers, Jake was Senior Associate with CBRE’s Agency Team, providing leasing advisory services for a three million square foot portfolio of institutionally and privately-owned office properties. Before becoming a commercial real estate broker, Jake was Regional Director at Northern Trust, where he specialized in financial planning for high net worth individuals and families.

Jonathan Rosen is a Vice President of Retail Services in South Florida.  Jonathan's retail-orientated focus allows him to represent both institutional and local Landlords to develop and execute effective leasing strategies. Jonathan also works with tenants expanding throughout South Florida to help secure and negotiate the ideal locations for their business' success. Jonathan’s areas of expertise expand throughout South Florida, with an emphasis on markets including Brickell, Downtown, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach.

Jonathan began his career in property management with Colliers International before moving into retail brokerage with CBRE and JLL. Jonathan has represented a number of notable tenant and landlord clients throughout South Florida, including Red Phone Booth, OneMain Financial, Sprint, Raising Canes, Tidal Wave Auto Spa, El Cielo Hospitality Group, Chuck Lager America's Tavern, Montce Swim, Tricera Capital, Related Group, LDG Developers,  Elevate Partners, Magna Hospitality, citizenM Hotels, CGI Merchant Group, and more.

Prior to Colliers, Jonathan most recently held the position of Senior Associate with JLL South Florida’s retail services practice. He began his real estate career in a property management role with Colliers.

As Senior Vice President in the Boca Raton office of Colliers in South Florida, Derek is leader of a team delivering strategic solutions for local, regional occupiers and national corporate clients. Combining deep market knowledge with occupier trends, he creates real estate opportunities that match clients’ business objectives.

His diverse background of real estate experience - ranging from leasing, business development, real estate development and property management – allows him to better understand the angles and drivers of each transaction. Most recently as the Director of Property Management with Cohen Commercial Realty in West Palm Beach, he provided leadership and direction to a team supporting a portfolio comprised of approximately 4.5 million square feet of retail and office space. While there, Baker strategized with the CEO on optimization and profitability measures by best positioning all assets in their respective markets. He also served as the Lead Developer responsible for securing site plan approvals and construction permits with the City, County, and SBDD for a Publix redevelopment project. 

Bringing nearly ten years of South Florida commercial real estate experience to his role at Colliers, Derek has also been successful in business development and leasing roles with Alliance Property Systems, Commerce Group and Synergy Real Estate.
