Senior Vice President
Tim Brodigan brings seventeen years of experience to the Colliers International Suburban Brokerage team. In this role, he consults with clients in the leasing, sale, disposition and acquisition of real estate in the suburbs north of Boston.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Tim served as a Senior Vice President at Klemmer Associates, LLC for ten years, and as a Vice President at NAI Hunneman.

Executive Vice President
I joined Colliers International in 2012 and serve as the leader of the North Suburban team. I have focused on the leasing and sale of office and industrial properties in this specific geography for the majority of my 30+ year career and have an excellent sense of this market, where it’s been and where it’s going.
Having received an education in industrial engineering, I especially enjoy the structural complexities and tangible nature of real estate. I take a keen interest in the more technical nuances of a building’s construction and/or a space’s buildout, which is a curiosity that has often resulted in saving my clients time and money by identifying potential red flags early on.
Throughout my career, I have always found that developing personal relationships with my clients has resulted in the most rewarding and meaningful professional experiences. Whether in tenant or landlord representation, building trust and exercising empathy has allowed me to connect with my clients in such a way that they view me as a direct extension of their team, thus allowing me to share in their successes. Alongside my immediate teammates as well as the larger Colliers organization, I always have my client’s best interests in mind and leverage the wide array of Colliers resources at my disposal to ultimately convert their needs into concrete results.
Outside of work, I enjoy golf, a day on the boat fishing, and trail biking.
Assistant Vice President
As a leasing advisor on the North Suburban team, I work closely with tenants and landlords who rely on me to help them make informed real estate decisions. Alongside my team, I guide clients through the process of touring, selecting, and leasing office, flex or industrial space that can ultimately aid them in propelling their business forward.
I developed a keen interest in real estate during my senior year of college while interning for one of Vermont’s top commercial real estate companies, Donahue and Associates. Upon graduation, I honed my sales skills working in an office furniture sales position for two years and was presented with an opportunity to join Colliers shortly thereafter. In my current role, I greatly enjoy taking a project all the way from point A to point Z, and value the sense of accomplishment that comes from seeing a client’s vision effectively come to life. I strive to exceed my clients’ expectations by way of my unsurpassed work ethic, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile in customizing the best solutions for their unique situations.
Outside of the office, I am involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters, NAIOP, Corenet, and the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund. I also love to golf, ski, and support all of Boston’s sports teams.

Tim joined the Colliers International Suburban Brokerage team in 2017 and represents Tenants and Landlords along 128 & 495. He advises emerging high-tech Tenants, and works closely with Landlords in the leasing and disposition of office, flex, and industrial assets.
