Professional Summary
Tim Betjemann joined Colliers International’s Development & Consulting Services group in 2011 to provide project management services to our clients. These services include real estate development, project entitlement, design management, project planning and delivery. Prior to joining Colliers International,Tim was a project manager at Winter Street Architects, Inc., where he worked on the Salem State University Stanley Weir Building renovation project in Salem, Massachusetts. The project called for a 12,000-square-foot, $5-million, multi-phased renovation of a light industrial building into office, IT and music rehearsal space.
While at Winter Street Architects, Tim also worked on a 60,000-square-foot data center equipment and systems coordination plan for a wireless company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Tim also served as a project architect at Mayer + Associates Architects on a 570,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Destin, Florida.
Prior to that, Tim was at Elkus Manfredi Architects where he worked on the design and project management teams for 33 Arch Street, St. Paul Street Residences, and West End Residences at Emerson Place among others.
