Over my 27 years in the commercial real estate industry, I have provided strategic assistance and advice to a wide range of clients nationally, from structuring build-to-suits for technology clients on the West Coast during the “dot com” boom, to navigating complex acquisition and disposition assignments for law and financial firms in New York City. Prior to joining Colliers, I most recently led consulting projects for CBRE’s three New Jersey offices for six years, after spending 15 years in the Manhattan Consulting Group for CBRE and its predecessor Insignia/ESG.
My foray into the real estate industry began in 1991 after earning a Master of Business Administration from Rice University in Houston, TX. This transition followed five years as a natural gas supply planner for Transco Energy Co. in Houston.
