He is originally from Kentucky, spent a number of years in Connecticut and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. While at USD, he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team and a two-year captain.

Nick is primarily focused on business development for the Ladt Advisory Team, working with merchant developers and investors to dispose and acquire commercial real estate. He specializes in sourcing, underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence and negotiation of investment properties. Prior to joining Colliers, Nick was an Account Executive at WePay, playing a pivotal role in the companies revenue generation efforts that eventually led to the company's acquisition by JP Morgan Chase. Nick is a San Diego native and graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science (BS), Economics.
Mike serves in the capital markets division specializing in net leased investment sales across the country. Working alongside Jay Patel, they lead the industry in the sale of dialysis clinics and single tenant medical properties. Prior to joining Colliers, Mike was a Senior Associate at Cushman and Wakefield where he specialized in investment sales, tenant representation and agency leasing of office and retail products. He has a sales and finance back¬ground which has driven client interaction, maximized experience, and provided superior analytic tools to represent a diverse range of clients. Mike prides himself in supporting his clients in an on-time, reliable, and professional manner, while strategically positioning the best interest of his clients.
