Thea Button began her career in New York at Cushman & Wakefield as an office leasing broker and transaction manager. After winning their Top Gun award and being named one of the Commercial Observer's 30 Under 30, she joined the transaction management platform with responsibilities for business development, best practice consolidation, and transitions. Thea then joined CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions group in Chicago, building solutions from a broad suite of real estate and facilities management services for Occupiers in the US and Canada. When CBRE created Host, their workplace experience offering, she joined that team to build global workplace experience solutions for Occupier clients across a variety of industries. Thea continued her career in workplace experience and facilities management at ISS where she served as North American Head of Commercial Excellence and Solutions. In 2022, and now based in Los Angeles, Thea joined Colliers' Enterprise Market Solutions team, working with brokers to support the needs of multi-market Occupier clients with the full suite of services Colliers has to offer.

Warwick Johnston is Head of Solutions Development, Corporate Solutions | Americas at Colliers International and is responsible for leadership of all aspects of Corporate Solutions business development and marketing. Corporate Solutions houses the service lines that are typically offered to multi-market and/or multi-service Occupier Clients. These service lines include Strategy and Innovation (consulting and technology services and lease administration), Account Management, Solutions Development, Transaction Management, Project Management, and Facilities Management. As part of leading Solutions Development, Warwick also works actively with some clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their key business strategies, create a customized solution to meet their objectives and hand over to the deployment team for the execution of that strategy on an on-going basis.
