Prior to working in commercial real estate, Tammy worked as a business growth strategy and innovation consultant to start-ups through billion dollar brand platforms out of Chicago and Madison firms. Earlier in her career she worked for Kimberly Clark as the head of consumer new business R&D a global leadership role involved in marketing, M&A/partnerships/licensing activity, development, manufacturing, IP, etc.
Tammy has lived in Oshkosh, WI for 20+ years, with extensive experience working with corporate services, medical/dental/life sciences, food & beverage, and aviation/motordriven sports areas.
Has been involved in hundreds of merger, aquisition, partnership, licensing, deal relationships.
